- Darth Jar-Jar is also being made a reality after years of being one of the most popular fan theories.
Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 3 has just been officially announced as part of Star Wars Celebration and, as we all expected, it’s yet another Star Wars season that’s making Darth Jar Jar a reality.
As is always the case when we start approaching the end of a current Fortnite season, it’s starting to feel like it’s dragging on a little bit, and the future can’t come soon enough. Crime City started out great with its heist theme and introduction of Mortal Kombat to the Fortnite universe, but pretty much everyone is ready to see what Chapter 6, Season 3 has to offer.

A Minecraft Movie’s success is all the evidence Epic should need to make a Fortnite equivalent its top priority.
For some time now, it’s been rumoured and heavily suggested that the next season of Fortnite would be another crossover with Star Wars, just like we’ve had in the past few years around May. This was basically confirmed by Epic when it was announced that the next season would debut at Star Wars Celebration.
Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 3 First Look Revealed At Star Wars Celebration
Darth Jar Jar Is Real And I Am Terrified
Well, Star Wars Celebration just entered its third and final day and, as promised, we just got a look at Chapter 6, Season 3 of Fortnite, which is going to be named Galactic Battle and debut, as usual, in May. It’s promised to be the biggest crossover between the two franchises yet, and has a ton of new characters joining The Island.
The trailer for the new season showed Mace Windu, Emperor Palpatine, and, most interestingly of all, Darth Jar Jar, who was shown at the end shooting lightning from his fingertips. Beyond that, the tease didn’t reveal too many new gameplay additions, but that will surely be enough for Star Wars fans.
As is always the case, most of the reveals probably won’t come as a surprise to anyone who has been keeping an eye on Fortnite and waiting for the season to be announced. The Star Wars theme is not only a recurring theme at this point, but insiders have long suggested the crossover would be returning this year.
Epic also decided to drop some major hints towards the new season just a few days before unveiling it at Star Wars Celebration. An image of Chewie that was shared on Twitter included some Aurebesh that translated to “Galactic Battle”, as well as some symbols that heavily hinted towards a focus on vehicles.
