Sung Jinwoo
Solo Leveling
Sung Jinwoo used to be known as the weakest hunter in history. One day, a strange system chose him, allowing him to level up and gain an incredible amount of skills and power. Now, he prefers to conquer dungeons and defeat enemies all by himself, as he needs to become even stronger.
Technically, he doesn’t conquer all the dungeons alone because he uses several hundred shadows to fight for him. However, they are part of his ability, and he rarely relies on other characters for help.

Eren Yeager
Attack On Titan
Eren wasn’t always the loner who planned everything himself. Younger Eren was certainly a vengeful character, but he was optimistic and relied on his allies many times. However, this all changes when Eren arrives in Marley and learns the truth about the world.

Kurapika
Hunter X Hunter
Kurapika’s entire clan was wiped out by the Phantom Troupe. Now, Kurapika’s goal is to avenge his fallen comrades and collect the eyes of his clan members. Kurapika doesn’t want anyone interfering with his goals, as he wants to be the sole avenger of the Kurta clan.
This is further shown when the Phantom Troupe is announced to have supposedly died, which makes Kurapika look extremely sad and empty. By the end of Hunter X Hunter, Kurapika is so far down the dark path that he doesn’t even visit a sick Gon who is on the verge of death.

Jiren
Dragon Ball Super
Jiren is the strongest mortal from Universe Eleven and one of the strongest characters in Dragon Ball. He lost his master very early on, making Jiren believe in his own power alone. While Jiren is a part of the Pride Troopers, he likes to work alone because he doesn’t believe in trusting others.

It took Goku to master Ultra Instinct and work together with his past enemies to make Jiren realize the error of his ways.
4
Katsuki Bakugo
My Hero Academia
While Bakugo does go through great changes and character development, he starts off wanting to do everything by himself. Bakugo was strongly opposed to having to work with others to pass a hero exam or even take down a villain.
Bakugo still prefers to work alone, but he knows when to put his pride aside and take the help of other characters. This behavior mainly came from a childhood full of praise, leading to Bakugo becoming incredibly overconfident and arrogant.
3
Sasuke Uchiha
Naruto
Sasuke is similar to Kurapika in the sense that he doesn’t want anyone interfering in his quest for vengeance. Sasuke does use other people, as he must fulfill his goal by any means necessary. However, he decides that he must face Itachi in their final battle and complete his vengeance alone.
Even when Sasuke is hunting for Danzo, he doesn’t want anyone to defeat him but himself. The people around Sasuke are there to ensure that no one interferes with his battle. After leaving the Leaf Village, Sasuke solely focuses on severing any emotional bond he may have had, making himself completely alone.

Saitama
One-Punch Man
Saitama is the strongest Hero in the One Punch Man world. As implied by the anime’s name, he defeats all of his opponents with a single punch, most of the time at least. He spent a lot of his time working alone and defeating monsters all by himself.
It isn’t until later on that Saitama meets Genos and makes other friends. However, he still fights alone because no one else is strong enough to keep up with Saitama. He also prefers it this way because he wants to feel the thrill of battles, which Saitama has long forgotten.
