One of the newest materials added in Infinity Nikki is the Ethereal Star, and we’ll help you track down as many as possible so you can use them in the Heart of Infinity. Here’s everything we know about the Ethereal Stars and where to find them all.
How To Get Ethereal Stars
There are currently two ways to get Ethereal Stars in the Sea of Stars, and both are limited to a certain amount per day. It’s important to remain vigilant if you want to maximize how many you collect over time, as outfits like the Sea of Stars Miracle Outfit cannot be unlocked without a large number of Ethereal Stars.
Starlit Moments Ethereal Stars
Every day, you’ll have the chance to collect eight Ethereal Stars so long as you do your daily tasks under the Starlit Moments category. This requires you to interact with objects and others in the Sea of Stars, resetting daily with the server.
This is the fastest way to get a lot of Ethereal Stars quickly, as some tasks are as simple as using the seesaw or taking a picture. Check back regularly to utilize this opportunity!
Warp Nexus Ethereal Stars
Additionally, you can use the Starbell at a Warp Nexus in the Sea of Stars. Holding down the input every 24 hours will call down three Ethereal Stars for you to find and collect, along with an array of other Starlit Crystals.
You can only collect 100 of these crystals a day.
The timing of the Warp Nexus can be tricky, but you’ll know the stars are aligned when the Starbell icon starts to glow and jingle when you’re around the Warp Nexus.
How To Use Ethereal Stars
Ethereal Stars are essentially Whimstars, but they can only be used in the Shard: Sea of Stars within the Heart of Infinity. When you have a strong supply of these stars, you can exchange them in the Heart of Infinity for sketches and other rewards.
Keep track of how many Ethereal Stars you’ll need to unlock the nodes you’re after, as it will take some planning to make sure you can unlock everything within the Heart of Infinity.
